No licence is normaly required unless this is a pay bar where guests purchase drinks.
Party as long as you wish if the guests do not pay at the bar.  
 

If you require the professional approach to your bar services, you should opt for this option. You are able to offer cocktails, virgin mocktails, shooters, shots, Champagne, wine, beers, soft drinks, as well spirits and mixers.

This option 'ORBITAL BARTENDER' includes;
-> 1 top professional mixology/flair bartender - with NEW cocktails created on the spot.
--> Mixology kit: shakers, strainer, bar mat, straws, muddler, etc...
---> Traveling expenses - return based from London.

Fee charged by shift and not by the hour, its based upon number of bartender/guests ( 1 barman for up to 40 guests and 2 bartenders over 40).

WHAT WE WILL REQUIRE FROM YOU:

A/ ICE - amount depending on shift and number of guests. We can provide it at extra £0.75/kg.
B/ 2 TABLES - even if you opt for hiring our mobile bar - we will place them behind the bar as an extra station.
C/ SINK - we need an area where we could wash the gl
asses.
D/ PROPER ACCESS TO THE VENUE - please inform us if we will have difficulties to access the venue.
E/ PARKING SPACE - we need a parking space nearby the entry.
F/ ELECTRIC POWER - we need normal socket(s) to plug our equipments.
G/ POSSIBLE HAZARDS NOTIFICATION - for health and safety reasons, please inform us of any hazards. We notify everyone involved within a certain task of the risks involved, how these risks are controlled, how they help keep people safe.
H/ WATER - We require access to drinkable water at all time! Please make sure that the access is easy to reach, without going through the crowd.

ADVANTAGES:

1/ Save more if you do not opt for the bar hire - we use two of your tables as our bar station.
2/ Party as long as you wish with the booze you may already possess at home.
3/ No licence application. No stress. Unless Pay bar option.
4/ We provide you with the full shopping list. If you cannot source some ingredients - we get them for you... Soft drinks option: Orbit can provide the full soft drink list for an extra £1+vat per person or £2+vat for over 3h of bar services.
5/ To save even more on the stock, shop abroad if you have the opportunity. For big orders, Orbit Bar is working closely with a reliable drink wholesaler. Bulk prices with free home delivery.
6/ We can stay longer after your contracted shift if you need extra time to party.
7/ We can pick up the bar/equipments the following day - extra fee depending on travel. The guests don't get the feeling that the party is over while we are packing up...

INCONVENIENTS:

1/ You will need to source the stock and shop for it.
2/ You may have some stock left over if not enough guests turn up.
3/ You may have to buy some extra stock if the guests drink too fast/much.
4/ If you are offering our bar services from your tables, it is not the same impact as our mobile bar.
5/ You need to hire the glassware + you will be responsible for broken glasses.
6/ One more person to pay. Between 25 and 50 guests, a bar helper is needed. Collecting, washing glasses and general on-going cleaning. Necessary if you decide to hire a mobile bar.

EXTRAS:

1/ Entertainment Options: Flair bartending and Magician.
2/ Mobile bar hire - Earlier day delivery, Next day collection.
3/ Traveling expenses. Overnight stay in hotel. Meals.
4/ Longer working hours - after midnight or contacted time.
5/ Part/Full stock provision. Soft drinks and fresh ingredients only. Or plus alcohol provision.
6/ Glassware hire and breakage - We tolerate two broken glasses.
