We supply a pay bar service. We are providing everything needed to run this type of bar operation: -> Bespoke Drink menu. We print and display it in A4 format. --> Licensing signs. Wine by glass, 25ml or double 50ml measurement system. Licensing act and Under age drinking signs. ---> The entire stock needed. We will also shop around if any brand is missing during the shift. ----> Bar Team: defined upon number of guests, quality standards and degree of services expected. -----> Mobile bar(s), glassware, materials and equipments. |
WHAT WE WILL REQUIRE FROM YOU:
A/ VALID LICENCE with minimum trading of 4h30. ex: 20h till 00h30
B/ 2 TABLES - to use as bar, even if you opt for hiring our mobile bar - we will place them behind the bar as an extra station.
C/ SINK - we need an area where we could wash the glasses.
D/ PROPER ACCESS TO THE VENUE - please inform us if we will have difficulties to access the venue.
E/ PARKING SPACE - we need a parking space nearby the entry.
F/ ELECTRIC POWER - we need normal socket(s) to plug our equipments.
G/ POSSIBLE HAZARDS NOTIFICATION - for health and safety reasons, please inform us of any hazards. We notify everyone involved within a certain task of the risks involved, how these risks are controlled, how they help keep people safe.
H/ WATER - We require access to drinkable water at all time! Please make sure that the access is easy to reach, without going through the crowd.
I/ ICE - amount depending on shift and number of guests. We can provide it at extra £0.75/kg.
ADVANTAGES:
1/ A little flat fee - from £150+vat till £400+vat. Ideal if you want a classy service but don't want to spend that much. No hidden extras appart for minimum spending per head.
2/ No charge for longer working hours. We like to trade as long as we can.
3/ We provide the full stock for spirits and mixers, soft drinks, virgin mocktails and cocktails. You can add beers, wine and Champagne as extra.
4/ You don't have any stock left over at the end of the event.
5/ No need to buy extra stock if the guests drink too fast/too much or if more guests turn up.
6/ Mobile bar hire is inclusive - provided for free.
7/ We can pick up the bar/equipments the following day - extra fee depending on travel. The guests don't get the feeling that the party is over while we are packing up...
8/ No need to hire specialty glassware - we provide the full range free of charge. Cocktails glasses, Champagne flutes, tumblers, wine and Brandy glasses, 1/2 pint and everything else you need.
INCONVENIENTS:
1/ Minimum spending target per person. This is usualy achieved by the end of the trading hours set by the licence. If not, you may have to pay the margin. This is why we ask you to trade during 4h30 minimum.
2/ Licence application. Extra cost of £21. You are responsible to apply for it.
3/ Avoid mistake: If don't start by operating with bar tab/prepaid drinks, you may end up to pay for it at the end of the shift because of the minimum spending. You will pay for drinks that will not be consumed!
4/ You cannot Party as long as you wish... You can open the bar only during the time set by the licence application. Don't make mistake, apply for a TEN licence to run as long as you can... ever if you end it earlier!
5/ You will be charge for broken glasses.
EXTRAS:
1/ Fee covering the margin between our bar takings and the minimum spending per head.
2/ Tab system and then operate as a Pay Bar. Ex; 100 cocktails only or first drink for free then pay as you go.
3/ Entertainment Options: Flair Bartending and Magician.
4/ Traveling expenses. Overnight stay in hotel. Meals. Earlier day delivery, Next day collection.
5/ Glassware breakage - We tolerate two broken glasses.
