MOBILE BAR HIRE ONLY - I just need to hire a mobile bar

Our mobile bars are perfect all rounder, available for both indoor and outdoor. You can also choose the colour of your illuminated bar. Our set-up time is around 1 to 3 hours, depending on the nature of your event. The delivery & collection can be made anywhere in the UK and across Europe.

CHARGES
Nationwide delivery, set up, dismantle and collection are not included. Depending on return fee from Central London. Based on two men per job. Cheaper if you provide someone to help.

ORBITAL BARTENDER HIRE - Under 50 guests!

No licence is required - party as long as you wish. Guests do not pay at the bar. Recommended option: this is the cheapest package available.

If you require the professional approach to your bar services, you should opt for this option. You are able to offer cocktails, virgin mocktails, shooters, shots, Champagne, wine, beers, soft drinks, as well spirits and mixers.

This option 'ORBITAL BARTENDER' includes;
-> 1 award-winning mixology bartender - Craft for creating NEW cocktails on the spot.
--> Mixology kit: shakers, strainer, bar mat, straws, muddler, etc...

Fee based upon number of guests, number of staff required (max 2), working shift, traveling expenses and extras.

ADVANTAGES:
1/ Save more if you do not opt for the bar hire - we use two of your tables as our bar station.
2/ Party as long as you wish with the booze you may already possess.
3/ No licence application. No stress.
4/ We provide you with the full shopping list. If you cannot source some ingredients - we get them for you... Soft drinks option: Orbit can provide the full soft drink list for an extra £1+vat per person or £2+vat for over 3h of bar services.
5/ To save even more on the stock, shop abroad if you have the opportunity. For big orders, Orbit Bar is working closely with a reliable drink wholesaler. Bulk prices with free home delivery.
6/ We can stay longer after your contracted shift if you need extra time to party.
7/ We can pick up the bar/equipments the following day - extra fee depending on travel. The guests don't get the feeling that the party is over while we are packing up...

INCONVENIENTS:
1/ You will need to source the stock and shop for it.
2/ You may have some stock left over if not enough guests turn up.
3/ You may have to buy some extra stock if the guests drink too fast/much.
4/ If you are offering our bar services from your tables, it is not the same impact as our mobile bar.
5/ You need to hire the glassware + you will be responsible for broken glasses.
6/ One more person to pay. Between 25 and 50 guests, a bar helper is needed. Collecting, washing glasses and general on-going cleaning. Necessary if you decide to hire a mobile bar.

WHAT WE WILL REQUIRE FROM YOU:
A/ ICE - amount depending on shift and number of guests. We can provide it at extra £0.75/kg.
B/ 2 TABLES - even if you opt for hiring our mobile bar - we will place them behind the bar as an extra station.
C/ SINK - we need an area where we could wash the glasses.
D/ PROPER ACCESS TO THE VENUE - please inform us if we will have difficulties to access the venue.
E/ PARKING SPACE - we need a parking space nearby the entry.
F/ ELECTRIC POWER - we need normal socket(s) to plug our equipments.
G/ POSSIBLE HAZARDS NOTIFICATION - for health and safety reasons, please inform us of any hazards. We notify everyone involved within a certain task of the risks involved, how these risks are controlled, how they help keep people safe.
H/ WATER - We require access to drinkable water at all time! Please make sure that the access is easy to reach, without going through the crowd.

EXTRAS:
1/ Entertainment Options: Flair bartending and Magician.
2/ Mobile bar hire - Earlier day delivery, Next day collection.

PART INCLUSIVE: Free open bar - Client provides the stock

No licence is required - party as long as you wish.
Guests do not pay at the bar.

This option includes everything except the stock: Orbit Bar provides the necessary staff (casual, glasses collector, mixology, flair or magic), bar materials, mobile bar if required, full glassware and other fresh ingredients.

Fee based upon number of guests, number of staff required, working shift, equipment hire, traveling expenses and extras.

You will provide the full stock: alcohol, soft drinks and fresh fruits - NO PANIC we provide you with the full shopping list once your booking is made.

ADVANTAGES:
1/ Save more if you do not opt for the bar hire - we use two of your tables as our bar station.
2/ Party as long as you wish with the booze you may already possess.
3/ No licence application. No stress.

FULLY INCLUSIVE: Free open bar - Orbit Bar provides the stock

This option includes everything: Orbit Bar provides the necessary staff (casual, glasses collector, mixology, flair or magic), bar materials, mobile bar if required, full glassware and full stock* (alcohol, soft drinks and fresh ingredients).

Fee based per head and depending upon number of guests, number of staff required, working shift, equipment hire, traveling expenses and extras.

Guests do not pay at the bar. All the drinks are FREE. No licence required.
*Full stock provision (until end of stock ordered and paid for).

ADVANTAGES:
1/ You will save time instead of sourcing the stock and shop for it.
2/ Party as long as you wish... We can stay longer after your contracted shift if you need extra time to party.
3/ No licence application. The drinks are already paid for. No retail.
4/ We provide the full stock for spirits and mixers, soft drinks, virgin mocktails and cocktails. You can add beers, wine and Champagne as extra.
5/ We can pick up the bar/equipments the following day - extra fee depending on travel. The guests don't get the feeling that the party is over while we are packing up...
6/ Save extra if you do not opt for the bar hire - we use two of your tables as our bar station.
7/ You don't have any stock left over at the end of the event.

Pre-Pay/Open Tab to start then PAY BAR -> Licence required

PAY BAR SERVICE where guests purchase and pay as they drink.
You pre-pay/open a tab. You put some money behind the bar and use it as bar tab to cover free drink(s) for your guests.

Tab system and then operate as a Pay Bar. Ex; 100 cocktails only or first drink for free then pay as you go. Licence required - Temporary Event Notification for under 499 guests. Apply yourself, we provide advice. Your venue maybe licensed already. Check it out...

We supply a pay bar service. We are providing everything needed to run this type of bar operation:
-> Bespoke Drink menu. We print and display it in A4 format.
--> Licensing signs. Wine by glass, 25ml or double 50ml measurement system. Licensing act and Under age drinking signs.
---> The entire stock needed. We will also shop around if any brand is missing during the shift.
----> Bar Team: defined upon number of guests, quality standards and degree of services expected.
-----> Mobile bar(s), glassware, materials and equipments.

ADVANTAGES:
1/ A little flat fee - from £150+vat till £400+vat. Ideal if you want a classy service but don't want to spend that much. No hidden extras appart for minimum spending per head.
2/ By opening a tab/pre-pay, you reduce dramaticly the minimum spending margin. Plus you offer free drink(s) to your guests.
3/ No charge for longer working hours. We like to trade as long as we can.
4/ We provide the full stock for spirits and mixers, soft drinks, virgin mocktails and cocktails. You can add beers, wine and Champagne as extra.
5/ You don't have any stock left over at the end of the event.
6/ No need to buy extra stock if the guests drink too fast/too much or if more guests turn up.
7/ Mobile bar hire is inclusive - for free.
8/ We can pick up the bar/equipments the following day - extra fee depending on travel. The guests don't get the feeling that the party is over while we are packing up...
9/ No need to hire specialty glassware - we provide the full range free of charge. Cocktails glasses, Champagne flutes, tumblers, wine and Brandy glasses, 1/2 pint and everything else you need.

INCONVENIENTS:
1/ Minimum spending target per person. This is usualy achieved by the end of the trading hours set by the licence. If not, you may have to pay the margin. This is why we ask you to trade during 4h30 minimum.
2/ Licence application. Extra cost of £21. You are responsible to apply for it.
3/ You cannot Party as long as you wish... You can open the bar only during the time set by the licence application. Don't make mistake, apply for a TEN licence to run as long as you can... ever if you end it earlier!
4/ You will be charge for broken glasses.

• 1/ Orbit Bar concept is around NEW MIXOLOGY and NEW COCKTAILS are created and personalized on the spot, our pro bartenders are your cocktail menu!!!
Creation of themed cocktail menu with new signatures recipes is available on request. We create them, you name them! You also print your A4 menu.
• 2/ We will assist you with *your shopping list* and the selection of your alcohol stock and soft drinks if you wish to provide them. The full list is sent once the booking is confirmed.
• 3/ Travelling fee is based on return delivery and collection from Central London.
• 4/ Supply of glassware: we will provide all type of glassware suitable with your bar service. Our minimum is specialty cocktail glasses along with tumblers. Wine and Champagne glasses are free to hire but need to be order prior booking. Be carefull, you are liable for all breakages!
• 5/ Mobile bar delivery: Parking space required, must be ground floor level, any delivery with improper access will be charge extra. We can incorporate logos and printings on front panels of the bars. Bars Extras; Themed bar decoration and uniforms, pyramid as back bar (great to display bottles), classy top bar curtain with background video projection. We will arrive minimum 1h prior beginning of the event.
• 6/ We require washing up area with hot tap, tables to put at the back of the bar stations and put glasses and syrups on it, also ice provision (can be provided @ £0.75/kg)
• 7/ Break down and clear the bar at the conclusion of the event: If you would like hassle free, after party cleaning services, Orbit Bar can recommend you some professionals.

*Stock is provided by third party. Orbit Bar specialize in cocktail bar service. The usual stock provided is composed of spirits, liqueurs, soft drinks. With this stock, we can serve soft drinks, spirits and mixers, mocktails and cocktails only. Cans, bottles of beers (cans for health and safety) , wine and Champagne are available until the end of stock and must be order prior booking.Draught beer is offered as extra: £120+vat 2 pumps system hire + full keg to buy.
