PART INCLUSIVE: Once our stock provision is over: provide us with what you have in stock to finish the shift, otherway we will provide extra stock @ extra price. Order your stock from our wholesaler - bulk prices with free delivery.
PAY BAR: Put some money behind the bar and use it as bar tab to cover free drink(s) for your guests. Make sure nobody turns up with booze (check bags) in the venue.

Nationwide delivery, set up, dismantle and collection are not included. Depending on return fee from Central London. Based on two men per job. Cheaper if you provide someone to help.
No licence is required - party as long as you wish. Guests do not pay at the bar. Recommended option: this is the cheapest package available.
If you require the professional approach to your bar services, you should opt for this option. You are able to offer cocktails, virgin mocktails, shooters, shots, Champagne, wine, beers, soft drinks, as well spirits and mixers.
This option 'ORBITAL BARTENDER' includes;
-> 1 award-winning mixology bartender - Craft for creating NEW cocktails on the spot.

• 1/ Orbit Bar concept is around NEW MIXOLOGY and NEW COCKTAILS are created and personalized on the spot, our pro bartenders are your cocktail menu!!!
Creation of themed cocktail menu with new signatures recipes is available on request. We create them, you name them! You also print your A4 menu.
• 2/ We will assist you with *your shopping list* and the selection of your alcohol stock and soft drinks if you wish to provide them. The full list is sent once the booking is confirmed.
• 3/ Travelling fee is based on return delivery and collection from Central London.
• 4/ Supply of glassware: we will provide all type of glassware suitable with your bar service. Our minimum is specialty cocktail glasses along with tumblers. Wine and Champagne glasses are free to hire but need to be order prior booking. Be carefull, you are liable for all breakages!
• 5/ Mobile bar delivery: Parking space required, must be ground floor level, any delivery with improper access will be charge extra. We can incorporate logos and printings on front panels of the bars. Bars Extras; Themed bar decoration and uniforms, pyramid as back bar (great to display bottles), classy top bar curtain with background video projection. We will arrive minimum 1h prior beginning of the event.
• 6/ We require washing up area with hot tap, tables to put at the back of the bar stations and put glasses and syrups on it, also ice provision (can be provided @ £0.75/kg)
• 7/ Break down and clear the bar at the conclusion of the event: If you would like hassle free, after party cleaning services, Orbit Bar can recommend you some professionals.
*Stock is provided by third party. Orbit Bar specialize in cocktail bar service. The usual stock provided is composed of spirits, liqueurs, soft drinks. With this stock, we can serve soft drinks, spirits and mixers, mocktails and cocktails only. Cans, bottles of beers (cans for health and safety) , wine and Champagne are available until the end of stock and must be order prior booking.Draught beer is offered as extra: £120+vat 2 pumps system hire + full keg to buy.
