Our mobile bars are perfect all rounder, available for both indoor and outdoor. You can also choose the colour of your illuminated bar. Our set-up time is around 1 to 3 hours, depending on the nature of your event. The delivery & collection can be made anywhere in the UK and across Europe.

CHARGES
Nationwide delivery, set up, dismantle and collection are not included. Depending on return fee from Central London. Based on two men per job. Cheaper if you provide someone to help.
No licence is required - party as long as you wish. Guests do not pay at the bar. Recommended option: this is the cheapest package available.
If you require the professional approach to your bar services, you should opt for this option. You are able to offer cocktails, virgin mocktails, shooters, shots, Champagne, wine, beers, soft drinks, as well spirits and mixers.
This option 'ORBITAL BARTENDER' includes;
-> 1 award-winning mixology bartender - Craft for creating NEW cocktails on the spot.
--> Mixology kit: shakers, strainer, bar mat, straws, muddler, etc...
Fee based upon number of guests, number of staff required (max 2), working shift, traveling expenses and extras.
ADVANTAGES:
1/ Save more if you do not opt for the bar hire - we use two of your tables as our bar station.
2/ Party as long as you wish with the booze you may already possess.
3/ No licence application. No stress.
4/ We provide you with the full shopping list. If you cannot source some ingredients - we get them for you... Soft drinks option: Orbit can provide the full soft drink list for an extra £1+vat per person or £2+vat for over 3h of bar services.
5/ To save even more on the stock, shop abroad if you have the opportunity. For big orders, Orbit Bar is working closely with a reliable drink wholesaler. Bulk prices with free home delivery.
6/ We can stay longer after your contracted shift if you need extra time to party.
7/ We can pick up the bar/equipments the following day - extra fee depending on travel. The guests don't get the feeling that the party is over while we are packing up...
INCONVENIENTS:
1/ You will need to source the stock and shop for it.
2/ You may have some stock left over if not enough guests turn up.
3/ You may have to buy some extra stock if the guests drink too fast/much.
4/ If you are offering our bar services from your tables, it is not the same impact as our mobile bar.
5/ You need to hire the glassware + you will be responsible for broken glasses.
6/ One more person to pay. Between 25 and 50 guests, a bar helper is needed. Collecting, washing glasses and general on-going cleaning. Necessary if you decide to hire a mobile bar.

You pre-pay/open a tab. You put some money behind the bar and use it as bar tab to cover free drink(s) for your guests.
